SWOT analysis can be a used as a strategic planning tool by ensuring that there are changes made to the existing strategic plans of an organization. This is because there can be core strengths newly identified by an organization after making a thorough analysis. There can be weaknesses of the organizational members in performance, work-attitude, group dynamics, etc. These weaknesses can be identified in details and then the organizational members can be trained in a different way to make them realize their mistakes in team management or team participation/involvement. The weaknesses can be converted into opportunities by ensuring that there is more of positive reinforcement applied in the organization.
